Lindsey Cutshaw was born and raised in Greeneville/Greene County. She has two toddler age boys, Kruze and Kix. Lindsey attended East Tennessee University. After college she spent two years at Greeneville Dermatology where she enjoyed helping others. In 2019 Lindsey became a licensed broker and decided in 2020 to open her own real estate business, Southbound Real Estate. Lindsey is anxious to provide clients a positive experience while giving them the attention of a full-time realtor. She invests in her clients and utilizes the most up to date marketing. She is anxious to show those that are moving into the Greeneville Community what a special place they could call home.

At the age of 18, Mr. Bill came to Greeneville to attend Tusculum University on a basketball scholarship. Little did he know at the time, but he found his forever home. Soon after graduating from Tusculum University with a degree in Psychology, he joined Century 21 Billy Williams & Associates and began selling Real Estate.
During the next 5 years while enjoying success in Real Estate, his two beautiful daughters (Lindsey & Chelsea) were born. The births of his daughters were a game changer for Bill. It was during this time that he decided a career change would allow him the most time with his girls. While both girls were in preschool and he was still working full time, Bill went back to school to get his Master’s Degree in Counseling.
After graduating, Mr. Bill spent the next 27 years as a School Counselor at Greeneville Middle
School. Those years were some of the most rewarding times of his life. After his recent retirement from the city school system in May of 2019, Bill has found his way back to the Real Estate world at Southbound Real Estate where he continues to help people.
Bill is anxious to help his community find their perfect home or market their properties for sale.
Bill is married to Kema, who is currently a Kindergarten teacher at Chuckey Elementary School.
